Job Responsibilities

  1. Ownership of revenue generation within assigned market, as well as the quality & strength of the executive relationships within the market.
  2. Understands how to appoint right Distributors and evaluate them on financial strength, infrastructure experience, market standing.
  3. Ensure achievement of service level and sales targets for the dealers.
  4. Ensure market coverage expansion as per the plan.
  5. Ensure supply of cut size to retail outlets in the areas.
  6. Manage Distributor to ensure reach in the geographical area and ensure Optimal inventory’s and follow up for payments.
  7. Coach, manage & evaluate channel sales officers and executives.
  8. Coordinate for retailer meet and carry BTL activities including outdoor advertisements.
  9. Coordinate Promotion schemes.
  10. Give inputs from the market for Product development on a continuous basis.
  11. Sales forecasting for the market responsible on a monthly basis.
Skills & Experience
  1. 5+ years of proven success selling in consumer goods
  2. Education: MBA desirable
  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeded targets
  4. Expertise or domain knowledge of the footwear industry
